About Seth Tipton
Seth Tipton is an accomplished multimedia designer based in Northern California with an history of developing effective promotional marketing for diverse corporate groups and services. His career encompasses nearly a decade of dedicated employment for several companies; during this time, he has been routinely recognized for expertly leveraging his aptitude for conceptual innovation and finely-honed visual design skills to drive business profit and brand visibility. His numerous specialties include brand identity application, web site design, motion graphic design, digital imaging, logo design, and photography recapture and editing.
Most recently, he has served with distinction from 2007 to 2014 as Senior New Media Designer for Dental Technologies, Inc., a high-profile, global dental laboratory network with more than 600 employees based out of Dublin, California. Independently managing a broad range of design projects and acting as team-wide art-director, Seth worked instrumentally to enhance the company’s public image by strategically translating its goals and objectives into visually dynamic web, video, print, and email marketing materials. As part of this long-term campaign, he developed targeted interview questions for doctors and patients, recorded contingent data, and integrated these responses into widely-viewed publicity and promotional material. At DTI, Seth demonstrated his talent as a proactive self-starter with the capacity to work across multiple professional levels to ensure long-term project success.
This position was a direct promotion from his 2006 to 2007 tenure as Interactive Designer for MicroDental Laboratories. During this period, he collaborated closely with company leaders to generate ideas and objectives while setting tactical project timelines, coordinating logistics, and teaming with multiple departments to manage assets and share information. He creatively applied Adobe Design to occasion a major website overhaul, and his compelling branding and promotional work immediately attracted the attention of DTI, eventually leading to its purchase of MicroDental and the consequent merging of the two companies.
Prior to his work with DTI and MicroDental, Seth established his reputation for outstanding original graphics, web design, and marketing promotions as a Macromedia/Adobe contractor for ABE Services (2005-2006) where he played a key role in the development of HTML content for Macromedia’s e-commerce website. At ABE he provided a broad set of services, including small graphics development, content updates with proprietary content database system, and HTML mark-up.
