We use Dropbox to Send & Receive Files

The FREE cloud service called Dropbox is our preferred method of sharing files, as it is fast and easy because it allows us to automatically sync the files on your computer with files on our computers. You simply drop the file off on your folder designated for Dropbox, and you are done. It will be uploaded to the Dropbox server, and automatically downloaded to our Dropbox folder, so that the file lives on both computers simultaneously. Then, we take the file and begin the process of creating your restoration.

  • If you are not currently using Dropbox, we recommend it as a free, easy-to-install service that makes file sharing a snap. To learn more, please visit their website www.dropbox.com and take a look at thier video.
  • If you are currently a member of the Dropbox service, please create a folder and send a file share request to: EHill@microdental.com. And when dropping the file off, please name it with this convention: First three digits of lab name _ your case number _ restoration type _ tooth number _ shade of final restoration or coping : YOURLAB_1234_emax_14_HTB1
